To give you the best experience possible and keep things fair for everyone, we’ve set the following terms for our training bookings:

 

Deposits & Booking

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your training date. We understand life happens, so if you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 72 hours in advance, and we’ll happily move your date once free of charge.

 

Rescheduling

We allow rescheduling with 72 hours’ notice or more. Any changes after that may result in your deposit being lost, and a new one will be required to rebook.

 

What’s Included

All the essentials for your training are provided – tools, materials, and your certification.

If you’re travelling to us, you’ll need to arrange your own travel and accommodation.

 

Training Format

Our training is in-person only, either at our studio or we can travel to your salon/location (additional costs may apply depending on distance).

 

Entry Requirements

We only train qualified hairdressers with a minimum of Level 2 to ensure high standards. Unsure if you qualify? Just drop us a message.

 

Ongoing Support

Training with us doesn’t end when the day does. You’ll get ongoing support, access to learning resources, and direct contact with us for advice whenever you need it
